The structure is legally authorized by APT - Tourism - the city of Rome.
The "lamichelinavacanze" is a flat of 40 square meters on the ground floor with a terrace of 75 square meters located in the quiet neighborhood of Garden City Montesacro area, nearby of the following services: post offices, local markets, Restaurant, Bar and Snack Bar and a few kilometers from shopping centers (Porta di Roma, Centro Commerciale Bufalotta) Nomentana Station and the following junctions: Nomentana, GRA of Rome (for Tiburtina, Salaria, etc. for the A1 and A24). The center of Rome can be reached by bus (line 90 Express) , metro B1 stop “Conca d’oro” and by railway station Nomentana .
To arrive at Fiumicino airport by train it takes approx. 45 minutes.
The apartment is recently renovated and well furnished,
bright, centrally heated, consisting of bed and sitting room with open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower, all windows overlook the large terrace, where you can enjoy the summer atmosphere and relax yourself.
On arrival, guests receive the keys in order  to make their stay more independent and confidential as possible.

I'm Leonardo Morgante, the manager of the apartment, my little idea matured in 2010, shared with all my loved ones that, in undertaking this task, I have been and neighbors, encouraging me to go ahead and concretize it.

The opportunity of this tourist activity I have to own my grandmother Michelina ... whose name, without delay, gave me an opportunity to nominate my new work experience!.

At that name that was just from a different generation I intended to associate values ​​of life of the past: the hospitality, the warmth, friendliness and a smile, but especially education and respect for the "next" which I hope will materialize in this context with the traveler, or better, with "HOST." In order to maintain these values ​​"Lamichelinavacanze" is a family run business, with the aim of bringing about "hospitality" to be experienced during the holidays.

The advantages are many, starting from considerable savings over the cost of a hotel room. Also you can have all the comforts of home, including a kitchen where you can cook for themselves or their loved ones.

RULES during holidays

1) Conditions of stay. Reservations (advances and balances): at the time of booking, customers are asked to pay a sum equal to 30% of the amount as a penitential deposit according to the methods established by the owner (postpay top-up or bank transfer), the balance will be paid at arrival in cash.

2) Cancellation. In the event that there is a request for cancellation of the reservation, formulated with adequate advance, this may result in the partial or total refund of the penitential deposit, (subject to the deduction of any costs incurred for the return and common tourist tax of Rome), according to the following conditions:- for cancellations up to 60 days before the arrival date - 50% refund,after this period, the structure will retain the full amount.During the stay, in case of cancellation, the reduced rate will expire and, for the calculation of the price, the current price table will be taken (without prejudice to the deduction for any costs incurred for the return and common tourist tax of Rome), in the following ways:- up to one day from the arrival date, 80% of the sum will be retained- after this period, the holder will keep the full amount.The cancellation request must be sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] and cancellations will be valid once confirmed by the owner to the customer.

3) Access to the structure. It is mandatory to inform the owner of the structure of the entrance and departure of people. Check in: 13:00 - 15:00 Check out: 08:00 - 10: 00, for the registration of the law. People other than those indicated in the booking are not allowed. The guest with the signature of this is made responsible for the structure and for what is contained, even during his overnight stay, lends itself to offer availability to visit the apartment itself.

4) Respect for the living environment. Maximum respect and protection of the living environment is required of our guests. The guest who views the property made available recognizes the relative cleanliness of the rooms and furnishings made available, therefore by signing the reservation, he undertakes to return the same cleanliness and functionality and not to exceed the consumption of electricity and water. To this end, a guarantee of € 150.00 will be requested (see point 7).

5) Respect for peace. It is necessary to avoid any disturbing noise and to ensure respect for silence during the night and in the afternoon rest (13:00 - 16:00 / 23:00 - 8:30).

6) Prohibitions. It is absolutely forbidden to use stoves or the like in the rooms to prepare food or drinks and / or any other appliance for the production of heat except those for the normal toilet.Do not smoke inside the living area. The property is unable to accommodate pets. In order to ensure a correct stay, the property manager is authorized to remove those who do not comply with the rules of this regulation, will maintain the higher cost applied by the rate in force for the stay enjoyed until then and / or without prejudice to what is stated in the previous point 2).

7) Security deposit. Upon delivery of the keys, a non-interest-bearing security deposit of € 150.00 must be paid to guarantee any damage, extraordinary cleaning, excessive consumption of electricity and / or water. By signing this agreement, the guest agrees that for electricity and / or water consumption higher than normal use, they will be deducted from the security deposit starting from € 50.00 as a lump sum refund for all energy and water costs. However, the claim for more damage is confidential.
